First occupier secured for Block 5 Parkmore East

Power Property are pleased to confirm that Fotonation have now taken occupation of 50% of Block 5 Parkmore East, Galway’s first LEED Gold Office Development completed by our client Fine Grain Property.

Fotonation leased the entire of the second floor of Block 5 and 50% of the first floor with a total floor area of approximately 22,500 sq. feet.

The deal is one of the largest office leasing transactions completed in Galway in 2019, where take up of office space has been strong this year.

Power Property and our joint agent JLL are now leasing the last remaining office space available at Block 5 Parkmore East.
