Power Property have negotiated a letting of a prime second floor office suite at 98 Henry Street, Limerick. The office will be occupied by HSE and is currently being fitted-out with HSE due to open during November, the office is centrally located in Limerick City Centre. Power Property were appointed to lease the property in Q3 of 2020, and secured the letting to HSE in the October, the accommodation extends to approximately 5,500 sq. feet with 6 car spaces. Patrick Seymour at Power Property commented “while transactional activity in the market has declined in 2020, there is demand in the market from specific office occupiers, and the supply of modern office space has not significantly increased in the Limerick Market during 2020”.
