Limerick City is the third largest City in Ireland with a population in the City Centre and Suburbs of
approximately 100,000 (2016 Census). The subject land is located fronting onto the R445 Ennis Road facing onto the Clondrinagh Roundabout. Tesco operate a large Supermarket at Coonagh Cross which is adjacent to the subject Land. The lands are located approximately 17km from Shannon which is accessible by the N18 Dual Carraigeway which also links onto Ennis by the M18.
